The Printable Flyer Manager is a Web Assistant tool for creating listing flyers and brochures. The feature offers multiple layout designs and color options to choose from and applies the format to individual listings.

The manager uses two window tabs to create flyers and brochures: Layout Selector and Color Editor.

Layout Selector offers four designs for flyers and two designs for brochures. Choose from four different colors to apply to the design.

Creating a Flyer

To create a flyer layout using Printable Flyer Manager’s Flyer Design:

1. Choose the Flyer Design option from the manager page.
2. Under the Layout Selector tab, select a layout design from the pull down bar.
3. Save the layout.
4. Open the Color Selector tab.
5. Choose a color to apply to the flyer layout.
6. Save the color choice.
7. Click the Options button located at the top of the manager workspace.
8. Set registration and showing restrictions, then save options.

Creating a Brochure

1. Choose the Brochure Design option from the manager page.
2. Under the Layout Selector tab, select a layout design from the Page One Layout pull down bar.
3. Select a layout for the rest of the brochure from the Additional Pages Layout pull down bar.
4. Save the layouts.
5. Open the Color Selector tab.
6. Choose a color to apply to the brochure layout.
7. Save the color choice.
8. Click the Options button located at the top of the manager workspace.
9. Set registration and showing restrictions, then save options.

To add custom text to the company profile section of your brochure, use the
Company Profile utility.
