The reason Craig's List is so successful, is that it is the only portal that is a manual process.  Unlike other real estate portals, Craig's List does not allow an automatic upload of data.  Consumers who visit Craig's List because they know the listins will be current.  Try it out, posting your listings on Craig's List is a great way to drive more traffic to your website if set-up properly.

·         Post all your listings each week. - www.CraigsList.com 

·         Do not include any contact information – push visitor to your site OR video on youtube.

·         Include one photo.

·         Call to actions (see additional photos, see virtual tour, see videos, tax information, etc.)
