Local Search Submission Tips

To drive more traffic to your website make sure you have "claimed" your business in the major Local Search Engines.  Google, Yahoo, and Bing to start.

Google Local Search Tips:

• Click “Put your business on Google Map". Must have or create a Gmail account (it is free)
• Follow the instructions to setup or edit your business page.
• Videos, photos, and reviews boost your rankings!
• Monthly reports will be sent to you to show your progress.

Yahoo Local Search Tips:

• http://listings.local.yahoo.com/csubmit/cproc.php
• Must have or create a Yahoo account (it is free)
• Complete the "Add a new business"
• Videos, photos, and review boost your rankings

BING Local Search Tips:

• https://ssl.bing.com/listings/BusinessSearch.aspx
• Must have a Hotmail or Bing email account.
• Follow the steps to add your business.
• Once submitted Bing will snail mail you a letter to complete.
